Location: Showgrounds, Edward Street, Imbil
Dogs: Dogs to be on a lead with a responsible adult at all times. All dog faeces to be picked up and disposed of responsibly.. No campsite reservations. Fires: Fires to be contained and off the ground. No catering provided.

Temperature Log: 4 day temperature logs required as per AERA's HHD form. 3 days prior to departing for the ride and the morning you travel to the ride. FEI Horse App + AERA Temp log
Refund Policy: Full refund up to 29 October via AERA Online - refunds after that date may incur an admin fee.All refunds must be applied for via AERA oline by 5 November.
Event Information
UPDATE Please note there is no catering available on-site. Please come prepared to self-cater or a short walk to town will give you access to the local Hotel, IGA, bakery, cafe, service station - a whole range of eating options.
JoJo Coaster coffee van will be on site from Friday afternoon - Jo knows our ride routines very well and caters for all tastes.
Ride Base The base is set up with lighting, showers, toilets and some water points - bring your own hose. A dedicated crewing area will be provided near the vetting area. There are no powered sites. Campsites are first-in-best-dressed with priority given to significant volunteers.
Please remove all rubbish from camping areas and take this home with you. All horse manure must be gathered up and taken away.
We will have green bins on site to collect recyclable containers - please use these appropriately giving funds to our club.
