Dogs: On lead at all time and in care of a responsible person. No campsite reservations. Fires: All fires must be contained.. Catering: Coffee Van and burgers on site.

Refund Policy: Full refund up to 14 May via AERA Online. Refunds for cancellations after that date will incur a fee.
Event Information
This event is held at the Kilkivan Showgrounds and Equestrian Centre which provides an undercover trot-up area, adequate campsites with access to water, and ample toilet and showers for the numbers anticipated. The Kilkvan hotel and store are a 5 minute drive from ride base.
Coffee van and burgers on site.
More information will be provided in the coming days which will include the final FEI Schedule.
A compulsory hold area will be set up for all CEI/FEI horses to use during their compulosry hold times during their event. This area will be in line of sight of FEI officials as per FEI requirements. Before and after completion of the ride, CEI/FEI horses can use their normal yards.
All 3* horses must be in secure and sold yards, preferably of metal construction.
