Dogs: Allowed, must be on leads at all times. (There are farm dogs on the property). Campsite: All manure, hay and rubish to be taken home with you.. Fires: Communal Fire only. Catering: No Catering at the ride please BYO all food and drinking water..

Horse water available, Oaten Hay not permitted
Ride Office Open: Fri 4th 3:00 PM to Sat 5th 7:00 PM
The Ride Office will reopen at 7am Saturday
Temperature Log: 4 day temperature logs required. 3 days prior to departing for the ride and the morning you travel to the ride.

PRESENTATIONS - Times will be announced on the day.
HOOF PROTECTION - Hoof protection is recommended, tracks are mainly gravel with some sand. Some of the Saturday 10km and 20km rides is on the farm and can be completed without hoof protections for most horses
LATE ENTRIES Contact must be made with the Ride Organiser and attract a $50 Late Fee per entry.
