Dogs: Allowed, must be on leads at all times. Campsite: All Manure, Hay and Rubbished is to be bagged and taken home with you.. Fires: Allowed in drums, please BYO drum and firewood. Catering: Leenies Catering - Saturday Only from 9am.
Ride Base Open: Fri 27th 12:00 PM to Sun 29th 9:00 AM
BYO all human drinking water. Horse water available
Ride Office Open: Fri 27th 3:00 PM to Sat 28th 7:00 PM
Temperature Log: 4 day temperature logs required. 3 days prior to departing for the ride and the morning you travel to the ride.

*** ENTRY FEES *** All entry fees include a $20 Ground and Camping Fee for the use of the grounds.
*** CATERING *** By Leenies Catering, Saturday only from 9am. CASH ONLY.
*** HOOF PROTECTION *** Hoof protection is recommended, tracks are mainly gravel with some sand
*** PRESENTATIONS *** Times will be announced on the day.
*** LATE ENTRIES *** Contact must be made with the Ride Organiser and attract a $50 Late Fee per entry.
