Dogs: must be secured or on a leash attached to a person or fixed object at all times. No campsite reservations. Fires: in drums. No catering provided.
Ride Base Open: Sat 12th 10:00 AM to Sun 13th 5:00 PM
Ride Office Open: Sat 12th 12:00 PM to Sun 13th 5:00 PM
Temperature Log: All horses require a 4 day temperature log - 3 days prior to event + day of event prior to travel - see Horse Health Declaration form attached
Refund Policy: Refunds are available minus a $20 administration fee where ride entries are cancelled via AERAOnline by 11:59pm on the Friday before the event - for full details please see refund policy attached

Join us on a picturesque ride through the Mount Crawford Forest over varying terrain - just you, your horse and the scenery

ENTRIES- get your entries in before Monday 7 th of July at 10pm to recieve the $30 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
No entries accepted after Wednesday 9th of July 10pm
FORESTRY PASS- All riders must have a current Forestry Horse Riding Permit, either an Annual / Day Permit - visit https://forestrysa1.rezdy.com/catalog/374170/horse-riding and keep a record of your booking/permit number
DAY MEMBERSHIP $40 for Adults and $30 for children payable for all non-members of SAERA.
