Please finalise entries on Thursday. The ride office will open Friday morning for late changes only.

Please read in full, ALL the attached documents in the 'Event Forms' box below and the following notes.
CAMPING: Sites will be allocated by the Camp Manager based on the date & time of the purchase of BOTH a camp site AND a ride entry on AeraOnline. Camp sites without a horse entry will be allocated once all horses entered in the ride have been allocated a camp site. Where possible, (but with no guarantees) the Camp Manager will place friends together but all parties must purchase their ride entry and camp site within a few hours of each other and be of the same type (i.e. all powered or all unpowered). Once you have completed your ride entry and camp site purchase, take note of your AERA Invoice number and click on the following link to complete your booking. Campsite Booking.
INTERNATIONAL RIDERS NOTE:
- If you are a current member an AERA Division- use the 'Ride Entry - AERA Divison Member' option, otherwise use the 'Ride Entry - International Rider'.
- International riders must provide a 'Letter of No Objection' from your National Federation which should be emailed to Kim Moir at mailto:kim.moir@aera.asn.au.
